Signature (Swedish), deep tissue, hot stone, sports, prenatal, CBD, lymphatic, express, and couples massage. Most reservations are 60 or 90 minutes, but you can extend any massage with a 15-minute enhancement. Our therapists are trained across multiple modalities and will tailor the work to what your body needs that day.

Signature (Swedish) is broad and flowing — long strokes, light to medium pressure, the kind of session you sink into. Deep tissue goes deeper into muscle and connective tissue, but it's targeted rather than full body: your therapist concentrates firm, intentional pressure on the areas that need it — chronic tension and knots, athletic and post-workout recovery, stiffness and limited range of motion, or the postural tightness that builds from desk and screen time — while keeping the rest of the session at a medium to firm pressure. It can also support recovery from older strains, though it isn't a substitute for medical care.

It depends on what you're working on. For general stress and maintenance, once a month is a sweet spot. If you're managing chronic tension, recovering from training, or processing a high-stress season, every two weeks helps. Our Wellness Members tend to land on a monthly cadence — it's the most sustainable rhythm we see and our membership program offers up to 20% off every service.

Deep tissue uses slower, more focused pressure to address chronic tension. While it can feel more intense than a relaxation massage, it shouldn't be painful. Your therapist will adjust the pressure based on your comfort level throughout the service.

Whatever feels comfortable. Guests undress to their comfort level, and if you'd prefer to keep your undergarments on, that's completely fine — your comfort comes first. You'll be properly draped throughout your service, with only the area being worked on uncovered at a time. All of our therapists are trained in draping protocols to protect your privacy. For certain body treatments, more than one area may be undraped at once; your therapist will walk you through what to expect beforehand. You can change into a robe and store your belongings in the locker room before your service. Once you're in the treatment room, your therapist will step out while you settle in, and return once you're ready.

If you tend toward puffiness or bloating, or just feel sluggish and want to support your body's natural circulation, many guests find it worthwhile. Our lymphatic massage combines gentle manual techniques to encourage fluid movement through the lymphatic system. It's subtle, light-pressure work — many guests leave feeling lighter and less puffy. Please note: this is a wellness treatment, not a medical or post-surgical service. We don't offer post-surgical lymphatic drainage or compression garments. If you're recovering from surgery, please follow your provider's guidance.

Yes — beginning at 13 weeks. We don't perform massage during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, but from 13 weeks on, you can receive our Prenatal Massage with a prenatal-certified therapist. You'll be positioned either side-lying or supported face-down on a pregnancy bolster, with pressure and oils adjusted for what's safe in pregnancy, plus magnesium to ease tension.

Yes — guests aged 15 to 17 may reserve select services with a same-gender therapist. Swimwear or full clothing is required, and a parent or guardian must stay on site for the full reservation and provide written consent. We don't perform massages for guests younger than 15. To reserve for a minor, please call our reservations team.

It's appreciated but never expected. For spa services, gratuity is customary; most guests tip around 20% of the service price. You can add it at checkout, and your provider receives it directly.
