    Yes. Your membership and your Wellness Bank work across all ten of our locations. If you travel, move, or just want to try a different location, your membership comes with you.

    If you visit milk + honey more than once every two months, yes. Your monthly deposit is yours to spend, member savings bring down what you pay, and the Wellness Bank means you never lose the value of a month you skip. For guests who treat self-care as part of their routine, the membership makes the math easy.

    Your core benefits — your monthly deposit, member savings, and Wellness Bank — are tied to your account. But sharing is built in: with our Family Plan, Lux members can add one user and Ultimate members can add two, so they share your member savings and Wellness Bank. You also get a monthly guest pass to share your discount with someone you bring in.

    Yes. After your initial three-month term, you can pause your membership for up to 90 days — for a move, a pregnancy, a season when life gets full — and pick back up when you're ready. You can also cancel anytime after those first three months, and any unused Wellness Bank funds stay on your account. Reach out to our reservations team and we'll walk you through your options.
