  • milk + honey at The Loren is next to The Loren Hotel at 1211 W Riverside Drive, Suite 200, on the shore of Lake Austin. The location is filled with light and feels removed from the city even though it’s right outside the walls. Open to hotel guests and the public both.

    The Loren offers two hours of complimentary valet parking for spa guests, plus street parking on Lee Barton Drive. Let the valet know you're here for milk + honey and they'll direct you to the spa entrance. Detailed arrival instructions are included in your confirmation email.

    At The Loren, you'll find massage, facials, body treatments, waxing, medSPA, and our shop for products and home care.

    The Loren medSPA offers injectables, dermal fillers, Sculptra, microneedling with or without PRF, Gold Infusion, EZGEL injections, laser treatments, and customized protocols designed to address each patient's unique skin concerns. All services are performed by experienced mid-level practitioners under the direction of our Medical Director. New medSPA guests begin with a consultation — complimentary, sometimes same-day with treatment.

    No. The spa at The Loren is open to anyone — hotel guests and the public alike. Local guests reserve the same way they would at any milk + honey location. If you'd like to make a day of it, we can coordinate with The Loren on food, beverage, or a poolside reservation around your treatments.

    Yes — and we'd recommend it. Many guests pair a half-day at the spa with lunch at The Loren's restaurant, or build a full overnight stay. Our concierge team coordinates directly with the hotel on dining, room reservations, and any additional services you'd like to add. Reach out to our groups coordinator a few weeks in advance and we'll help you coordinate timing, services, and for private events, any food or non-alcoholic beverages you'd like included at groups@milkandhoney.com.
