      Each month at River Oaks, we spend time with parents who rarely leave their children’s hospital rooms - offering haircuts, manicures, mini facials, and chair massages right where they need it. For a few quiet moments, the people who give so much care get to receive some. It’s one small way we can give back to those who give endlessly to others.

  • milk + honey Houston is in the Arrive River Oaks development at 2800 Kirby Drive, Suite A134, across from Tootsies and Pondicheri. The spa entrance is on the first floor. We're walkable from much of the River Oaks district. We recommend arriving 20 to 30 minutes early to settle in before your reservation.

    Guests will enjoy up to two hours of complimentary parking, but registration is now required to receive the validation.

    To validate parking:

    -Scan one of the new QR codes located throughout the garage

    -Select Tap to Validate

    -Enter your license plate number

    -QR code scanning is now required to receive parking validation and is located in the parking garage only. After the two hours you will be charged the hourly rate.

    Please note metered parking will not be validated.

    Located in River Oaks, our Houston location offers everything we do in one space: massage, facials, body treatments, waxing, lashes and brows, salon, nails, medSPA, and our shop for products and home care.

    Our Houston medSPA offers injectables, dermal fillers, Sculptra, microneedling with or without PRF, Gold Infusion, EZGEL injections, laser treatments, and customized protocols designed to address each patient's unique skin concerns. All services are performed by experienced mid-level practitioners under the direction of our Medical Director. New medSPA guests begin with a consultation — complimentary, sometimes same-day with treatment.

    Yes. We offer couples massages in our shared treatment room and can build small group experiences — bridal parties, milestone celebrations, friend mornings. Reach out to our groups coordinator at groups@milkandhoney.com a few weeks in advance, and we'll help you plan timing, services, and — for private events — any food or non-alcoholic beverages you'd like included.
