  • milk + honey Hill Country Galleria is at 12901 Hill Country Blvd, Suite D1-110, in Bee Cave — on the Dillard's side of the Hill Country Galleria, between Panera Bread and All-Star Burger. We're close to Lakeway, Westlake Hills, and Lake Travis.

    The Hill Country Galleria offers ample free parking — the parking garage is designated by a blue circle with a white P in the center. We're a short walk from the closest parking, and arrival instructions are sent in your confirmation. Many guests pair a spa visit with shopping or dinner at the Galleria.

    Hill Country Galleria offers most everything we do in one space: massage, facials, body treatments, waxing, lashes and brows, salon services, nail care,  medSPA, and our shop for products and home care. This location doesn't offer steam showers in the locker rooms.

    The Hill Country medSPA offers injectables, dermal fillers, Sculptra, microneedling with or without PRF, Gold Infusion, EZGEL injections, and customized protocols designed to address each patient's unique skin concerns. All services are performed by experienced mid-level practitioners under the direction of our Medical Director. New medSPA guests begin with a consultation — complimentary, sometimes same-day with treatment.

    Yes. We host bridal parties, friend mornings, and small group experiences here regularly. The Hill Country setting works particularly well for groups coming in from the lake or for guests turning a spa visit into a longer day out. Reach out to our groups coordinator at groups@milkandhoney.com a few weeks in advance, and we'll help you plan timing, services, and — for private events — any food or non-alcoholic beverages you'd like included.
