A package pairs different services into one longer reservation - massage, facial, and nail care, for example. A Signature Series is three visits of the same service over time, with a 15% discount built into the price. A package gives you one complete day. A Series gives you a rhythm with a service you already love.

Every package except the Couple's Retreat books online the same way as a standard reservation - choose your package, then a date and time. The Couple's Retreat is built for two, so please call our reservations team at 844.645.5772 to book it.

Package availability depends on which services a location offers, so not every package is bookable everywhere. Check your preferred location's page, or ask our reservations team, to confirm what's available near you.

Yes. Every package can be purchased as a gift through our digital gift card process, so you're able to give someone the full experience, not just an amount.

A Signature Series is for personal use and isn't available as a gift. If you'd like to gift a service to someone, a milk + honey gift card or one of our spa packages are both good options.

A Series isn't booked through a standard booking process. You'll find it listed separately under ‘Series Packages’ when you go to book online in the top navigation.

Our packages aren't discounted against booking each service separately - the value is in the pairing. You get one thoughtfully built day, in one reservation, without assembling the itinerary yourself. If a built-in savings matters most to you, our Signature Series - three visits of one service at 15% off - is the better fit.

On a package, yes - when you book it for yourself through our standard online booking process, your membership discount and Wellness Bank can both apply. That's not the case when a package is purchased as a gift, since that goes through our digital gift card process instead. On a Series, membership discounts and Wellness Bank don't apply, since the 15% Series discount is already built into the price.

No, Series visits don't expire. Many guests spread their three visits out over several months, at whatever pace fits.

Series visits are bookable Monday through Thursday. If those days don't work for you, ask our reservations team what else may be possible.

Every package includes full use of our locker room and lounge - a robe, refreshments, and time to settle in before your first service, the same as any spa reservation.

Let your reservations team know if you'd like the same provider for all three visits, and we'll do what we can to make that happen - availability depends on the date and location.

The same policy that applies to any spa reservation: we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service price.

Gratuity isn't included in the price of a package or Series. As with any spa service, it's appreciated but never expected - most guests tip around 20% of the service price, and you can add it at checkout.
