  • A few helpful details

  •
  • milk + honey medSPA is our advanced skin and aesthetics practice, offered alongside our day spa. Our licensed providers — registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants — deliver injectables, lasers, microneedling, and more in a calm, elevated environment. Every treatment begins with a personalized consultation, so we can understand your goals and build a plan around them. Our approach centers on natural, balanced results, with safety and care at the core.

Our medical providers — registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants — work under the supervision of our medical directors, so every treatment meets our standards for safety and clinical care. Chemical peels and microneedling are also performed by clinical estheticians under the same supervision. You can learn more about each provider's background, training, and specialties on our Providers page.

We offer a range of clinically effective treatments, including injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and Sculptra), microneedling, Moxi, BBL, PRF therapy, medical-grade chemical peels, dermaplaning, and targeted protocols for concerns like acne, pigmentation, texture, and aging. Treatment availability varies by location, so please visit your local page to see what’s offered near you.

Yes. Every new medSPA guest begins with a complimentary consultation, typically lasting up to 45 minutes. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you, your skin, your concerns, and your goals. During your consultation, your provider will review your medical history, current skincare routine, and areas of focus, then develop a tailored treatment plan. Based on your treatment plan and availability, services may be completed the same day or scheduled for a future date.

Your consultation gives you a clear understanding of your options, along with a plan tailored to your skin. Your provider will assess your facial anatomy, skin concerns, medical history, and goals, then recommend an approach that may include injectables, skin treatments, lasers, and medical-grade skincare. To make the most of your time, please complete any required forms before your reservation. You'll leave with guidance that fits your goals, timeline, and lifestyle — and a clear sense of what comes next.

Yes — your safety comes first. All treatments are performed by licensed medical providers or clinical estheticians under the supervision of our medical directors, using FDA-approved devices and pharmaceutical-grade products. Every visit begins with a comprehensive medical intake and informed consent before any treatment. And we'll only recommend what's right for you — if a treatment isn't, we'll say so.

Pricing varies based on the treatment, the amount and type of product used, and the number of sessions needed. Injectables are priced per unit, syringe, or vial, while laser treatments, chemical peels, and device-based treatments are priced per session or as part of a package. We'll review all pricing with you during your consultation — so you have full clarity before you decide.

Yes. Many guests choose to combine treatments — such as injectables with a facial, or microneedling with PRF — for enhanced results. Some combinations are designed to work together, while others work better spaced out over time. Your provider will guide both your visit and your long-term plan, sequencing treatments so each one works as well as it can.

To prepare for your treatment, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, NSAIDs, and certain supplements — such as fish oil, vitamin E, and herbal products — for one week beforehand, as they may increase bruising (acetaminophen/Tylenol is fine if needed). Please don't discontinue any prescribed medications without consulting your physician. If you're currently taking Accutane or have taken it within the past six months, or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, we're unable to perform this treatment.

Stop using retinols, exfoliants, and other active skincare products five to seven days before your treatment, and avoid waxing, laser treatments, or hair removal in the treatment area for at least one week. Avoid sun exposure, tanning, or sunburn for at least two weeks beforehand — treatment can't be performed on irritated or recently tanned skin. If you're prone to cold sores, please let your provider know, as a preventative antiviral may be recommended.

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin, and plan ahead if you have an upcoming event, since healing time can vary.

Following your treatment, your skin will appear red and flushed — similar to a moderate sunburn. You may also experience mild swelling, pinpoint bleeding, warmth, tightness, and sensitivity in certain areas.

You may gently cleanse your face with a mild cleanser and warm water about four hours after treatment. For the next 7 to 10 days, stick to a simple routine with a gentle cleanser and moisturizer, avoiding active ingredients such as retinols, exfoliants, and acids. Daily SPF 30+ is essential, and we recommend wearing a hat and avoiding prolonged sun exposure during this time.

To support healing, avoid makeup and strenuous exercise for 24 hours, and stay out of pools, hot tubs, and open water for two to three days to reduce the risk of irritation or infection.

Also avoid harsh exfoliation for at least one week, keep your linens and makeup brushes clean, and limit direct contact with pets for the first few hours — especially sleeping with them the first night.

The VI Peel is a safe, effective treatment for most guests, and a little preparation helps you get the best results.

In the week leading up to your treatment, avoid active skincare products such as retinoids, exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs), benzoyl peroxide, and any at-home exfoliation. Also avoid waxing, laser hair removal, or other hair removal in the area, and hold off on other resurfacing treatments like microneedling, lasers, or chemical peels. Keep your skin hydrated with a gentle moisturizer.

On the day of your treatment, please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin and let your provider know about any recent changes to your skincare routine, medications, or overall health. If you have a history of cold sores, tell your provider in advance, as a preventative antiviral may be recommended.

The VI Peel isn't recommended if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have certain allergies (including aspirin, hydroquinone, or phenol), have used Accutane within the past six months, or have active skin infections or conditions in the treatment area. Your provider will review your medical history to make sure the treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

You'll leave with the VI Peel solution still on your skin, which may appear tan or slightly yellow. Wait at least four hours before washing your face.

In the first few days, you'll follow a simple post-care routine using the products in your VI Peel take-home kit to support the healing and peeling process. It includes a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, SPF, and post-peel towelettes, to be used as directed.

Peeling usually begins around day two or three, often starting near the mouth before progressing to other areas. Mild dryness, tightness, and itching are normal during this phase. Avoid picking or pulling at the skin, which can cause irritation or unwanted pigmentation — keep it well moisturized to stay comfortable.

During the peeling phase, avoid heat (such as saunas, steam rooms, and hot showers), excessive sweating, swimming, and direct sun exposure. Daily SPF 30+ is essential — keep up sun protection throughout the healing process. Also avoid other treatments, waxing, or active skincare products until your skin has fully healed.

Once peeling is complete — typically within five to seven days — you can gradually resume your regular skincare routine, giving it extra time if your skin still feels sensitive. Your provider will guide you on the best timing for your skin.

A little preparation helps you get the best results. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, tanning, and sunburn for at least two weeks before your treatment, and wear SPF daily. Treatment can't be performed on recently tanned or sunburned skin, including from sunless tanners.

Your skin should be healthy and free of irritation, peeling, or active infections. If you're prone to cold sores, let your provider know in advance, as a preventative antiviral may be recommended. Stop using retinols, exfoliants, and other active skincare products five to seven days before your treatment, and avoid waxing, laser treatments, or hair removal in the treatment area for at least one week. If shaving is needed, please do so at least 24 hours beforehand.

Let your provider know if you've taken Accutane within the past six months, or if you're taking medications or have conditions that may affect light sensitivity or healing. Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin.

Healing time can vary, so we recommend planning ahead if you have an upcoming event within two to four weeks of treatment. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, BBL and Moxi aren't recommended without first consulting your provider.

Following your BBL treatment, you may notice mild redness and warmth in the treated area, similar to a light sunburn, which typically resolves within a few hours. Pigmented spots may temporarily darken before naturally flaking off over the following days — this is normal.

To keep your skin comfortable, you can apply a cold compress as needed during the first 12 to 24 hours. Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, and activities that cause sweating until your skin has fully healed.

Keep your skincare routine gentle — cleanse twice daily with a mild cleanser and lukewarm water, using your hands only. Avoid scrubbing, exfoliating, or using active products until your skin has recovered. Apply a moisturizer regularly to keep your skin hydrated throughout the healing process.

Sun protection is essential. Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily, reapplying as needed, and avoid direct sun exposure for at least two weeks. We recommend a wide-brimmed hat or protective clothing.

As your skin heals, avoid exfoliation, harsh treatments, and swimming in pools or hot tubs. Your provider will guide you on when to resume your regular skincare routine and may recommend a personalized post-care regimen for your skin's needs.

Following your Moxi treatment, it's normal to experience warmth, redness, and mild swelling as your skin begins its natural renewal process. The treated area may feel warm for several hours, with some residual heat lasting up to 24 hours. Redness can develop and may peak around day two or three, gradually improving over the course of the week.

You may also notice small, darkened spots or a bronzed appearance — often described as a "sandpaper" texture — beginning a few days after treatment. This is a normal part of healing — avoid picking or exfoliating your skin during this time.

For comfort, you can apply cold compresses during the first 24 hours, and consider sleeping slightly elevated for the first few nights if swelling occurs. Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, swimming, and active skincare products until your skin has fully healed.

To support healing, keep your routine gentle. Cleanse twice daily with a mild cleanser and lukewarm water, using your hands only, and apply a moisturizer frequently to keep your skin hydrated. Daily sun protection is essential — use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ and avoid direct sun exposure for at least two weeks. We recommend a hat or protective clothing.

As your skin recovers, you can gradually return to your regular skincare routine. Your provider will guide you through a personalized post-care plan to support the best results and recovery.

A little preparation helps you get the best results, since these treatments use your body's own natural growth factors. Staying well-hydrated is key — drink plenty of water for at least 72 hours before your treatment, and maintain a balanced, nutritious diet.

To minimize bruising and support platelet function, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, NSAIDs, fish oil, vitamin E, and certain supplements for 7 to 10 days before treatment. Also avoid alcohol for at least 48 hours beforehand (and red wine for several days), and limit smoking, as it can affect healing and results. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) may be used if needed.

Let your provider know about any medications you're taking — especially blood thinners or beta-blockers — as well as any recent changes to your health history. Continue taking prescribed medications as directed unless your physician advises otherwise.

On the day of your treatment, eat a light, nutritious meal, limit caffeine, and drink at least 16 to 20 oz of water beforehand to support the blood draw. If your treatment is on your face, please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. For PRF hair restoration, please wash your hair thoroughly with your regular shampoo the morning of your treatment.

We recommend scheduling your treatment at least two weeks before any major events, as mild swelling or bruising may occur and healing time can vary. PRF and EZ Gel treatments aren't recommended if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, have certain blood disorders, or are currently taking Accutane.

Following your treatment, it's normal to experience mild swelling, redness, bruising, or tenderness in the treated areas, which typically resolves within a few days. You may also notice slight bruising at the blood draw site.

To support healing, avoid strenuous exercise, heat exposure (such as saunas or steam rooms), and swimming for at least 48 hours. It's also best to avoid alcohol, caffeine, and smoking for several days, as these can affect healing and overall results. Continue to stay well-hydrated and maintain a healthy diet to support your body's natural regenerative process.

For facial injections, you can apply a cold compress intermittently to help reduce swelling, and mild asymmetry or firmness in the treated areas is normal as the product settles. Avoid massaging or applying pressure to the area, and hold off on makeup and skincare products for at least 24 hours. Sun protection is essential — avoid direct sun exposure until any redness or swelling has resolved, and apply SPF 30+ daily.

If you've received PRF with microneedling, your skin may appear red and feel warm or sensitive, similar to a sunburn. Use only gentle skincare for 7 to 10 days, avoid active ingredients, and hold off on makeup, exercise, and water exposure (such as pools or hot tubs) for the first 24 to 72 hours.

For hair restoration treatments, keep your scalp clean and avoid styling products for the first day, resuming your normal routine gradually as directed by your provider.

Your provider will guide you through a personalized post-care plan based on your treatment, to support a smooth recovery and the best results.

A little preparation helps you get the best results. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, tanning, and sunburn for at least two weeks before your treatment, and wear SPF daily. Treatment can't be performed on recently tanned or sunburned skin, including from sunless tanners.

In the week leading up to your treatment, avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, NSAIDs, and certain supplements — such as fish oil, vitamin E, and herbal products — as they may increase bruising (acetaminophen/Tylenol is fine if needed). Stop using retinols, exfoliants, and other active skincare products five to seven days before.

Avoid waxing, laser treatments, or hair removal in the treatment area for at least one week, and allow at least 24 to 48 hours after shaving so your skin is calm and free of irritation.

If you're prone to cold sores, let your provider know in advance, as a preventative antiviral may be recommended. Also tell your provider about any recent changes to your health or medications, including Accutane use within the past six months, as this may affect your eligibility for treatment.

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin, and plan ahead if you have an upcoming event, as healing time can vary. Gold Infusion isn't recommended if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.

Following your treatment, your skin may appear red and flushed — similar to a mild to moderate sunburn. These effects are temporary and typically resolve within a few hours to a couple of days.

You may gently cleanse your skin with a mild cleanser and warm water six hours after treatment. For the next 7 to 10 days, keep your routine simple with a gentle cleanser and moisturizer, avoiding active ingredients until your skin feels fully healed.

Sun protection is essential during this time. Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily, reapplying every two hours when outdoors, and avoid prolonged sun exposure for at least one week. We recommend a hat or protective clothing.

To support healing, avoid makeup and strenuous exercise for 24 hours, and stay out of pools, hot tubs, or open water if any irritation is present.

As your skin recovers, you can gradually return to your regular skincare routine. Your provider will guide you through a personalized post-care plan to support the best results and recovery.
