  • Regenerative treatments use your body's own healing materials — or biological signals that activate them — to repair and rejuvenate tissue. The most common in our menu are PRP (platelet-rich plasma), PRF (platelet-rich fibrin), and exosome therapy. They work especially well when paired with microneedling, laser treatments, or scalp work.

Both use components from your blood. PRP is centrifuged at higher speed and contains a higher concentration of platelets in a liquid form. PRF is processed differently — no anticoagulants, slower spin — and forms a more gel-like matrix with white blood cells, stem cells, and a slower release of growth factors. PRF tends to provide longer-lasting effects; PRP integrates faster.

Exosomes are tiny extracellular vesicles that carry growth factors, proteins, and signaling molecules between cells. In aesthetic medicine, lab-derived exosomes (typically from stem cell sources) are applied topically after microneedling or laser work to amplify the healing response. The research is still developing — we use exosomes selectively, in combination with established treatments, when the science supports it.

Vampire facial is a popular term for PRP applied with microneedling. The microneedling creates micro-channels in the skin; the PRP — drawn from your own blood, processed in-office — is applied directly to those channels. The combination treats texture, scarring, fine lines, and overall skin quality. The name is dramatic; the treatment is straightforward.

PRP and PRF are exceptionally safe — they use your own blood, so there's no risk of allergic reaction or rejection. The procedure involves a small blood draw and either injection or topical application. Exosomes have been studied for several years but the field is still evolving — we use them in cases where the existing evidence supports the application, not as a default.

Guests with mild-to-moderate texture, scarring, or fine lines respond strongly to PRP and PRF. Guests with active acne, certain blood disorders, or recent illness may need to defer. Hair loss candidates with active follicles do well with PRP. Your provider will assess at consultation and tell you honestly whether regeneratives are the right tool for your goals.
