Done well, they look like longer, fuller versions of your own lashes — not stage lashes. We offer classic, hybrid, and volume sets.

A full set typically lasts five to six weeks before the last extension sheds. Most guests come in for fills every two to three weeks to maintain a consistently full look. Your shedding cycle is determined by your natural lash cycle, which is roughly six to eight weeks per lash.

Classic is one extension per natural lash — the most natural look. Volume uses fans of multiple thin extensions per natural lash — fuller, fluffier, more dramatic. Hybrid is a mix of both, giving you texture and depth. Your lash artist will help you pick based on your natural lash density and the look you're after.

When applied by a trained artist and cared for properly, extensions are meant to protect your natural lashes, not harm them. Our lash artists assess your lashes and weight every extension to what they can comfortably support. We'll also walk you through aftercare — gentle cleansing, no pulling, and letting extensions shed naturally — so your natural lashes stay healthy between fills.

Avoid oil-based products around your eyes. Use a lash cleanser daily to keep the lash line clean. Skip waterproof mascara and oil-based eye makeup remover. Sleep on your back or side when you can. Brush gently each morning with the spoolie we send you home with. The cleaner the lash line, the longer the set lasts.

We don't recommend it. Most mascara contains oils that break down the adhesive bond, and removing mascara puts mechanical stress on the extensions. If you want extra drama for an event, your lash artist can apply a temporary extension-safe mascara during your fill.

Brow lamination is a chemical service that softens and reshapes the hairs of your brows so they sit in a lifted, fuller position. The result is the fluffy, brushed-up brow that's hard to create with grooming alone. The service runs about 45 minutes and lasts six to eight weeks.

Six to eight weeks for most guests, depending on your hair regrowth and how you care for the brows at home. The lamination relaxes gradually rather than dropping all at once — your brows soften back to their natural shape over the cycle, not suddenly.

Yes. We use professional-grade products with controlled processing times. Skin sensitivity tests are available on request. Guests with active eczema, retinoid use in the brow area, or recent chemical treatments should consult with their provider.

Microblading deposits pigment to fill in sparse areas — best for guests with thin or patchy brows. Many guests combine both: lamination for shape, light tinting or microblading for depth.

It's the right choice for guests who want longer-looking lashes without the maintenance of extensions.

Keep lashes dry for 24 hours — no water, steam, or eye makeup. After that, daily care is simple: gentle cleansing, no rubbing, and a lash serum. Avoid sleeping with your face pressed into the pillow if you can — flat lashes don't sit as lifted.

A tint darkens your natural lashes for two to four weeks, making them look fuller without mascara. We use vegetable-based dye that's safe for use around the eye. Many guests pair the tint with a lift in one reservation — the combination lasts the longest and reads the most dramatic.

Three to four weeks for most guests. In the beginning, you may need to come in a bit more often as your hair settles into a cycle. With regular waxing, growth tends to slow and become finer — and most settle into a four-to-six-week routine.

It's uncomfortable, especially the first time, but it shouldn't be unbearable. Pain decreases significantly with regular waxing — by your second or third visit, most guests describe it as manageable. Coming in well-hydrated, avoiding caffeine that morning, and not waxing right before or during your period all help.

About a quarter-inch — roughly two weeks of growth from a previous wax, or three to four weeks from a shave. Hair that's too short won't lift cleanly; hair that's too long can be more uncomfortable. We trim if needed at your reservation, but the right length makes the work cleaner and faster.

A bikini wax removes the hair outside what an underwear line would cover. A Brazilian removes most or all of the hair in the bikini area, depending on the version you request. We can do anything between full removal and a small landing strip — your esthetician will confirm what you want before starting.

Yes, with a tampon or menstrual cup. Just know that skin tends to be more sensitive in the days before and during your period — many guests prefer to wait a few days. Let your esthetician know either way. 

Avoid heat for 24 hours — no hot showers, saunas, workouts, sun. Skip tight clothing, fragranced products, and exfoliants for two days. Start gentle exfoliation on day three to prevent ingrowns. We recommend a daily ingrown-hair serum if you're prone to bumps. Cooling, calming products are your friend the first night.

Full body. Face (brows, lip, chin, full face), arms, underarms, chest, back, stomach, legs (full or half), Brazilian and bikini, and intimate waxing. We use clean wax formulations — hard wax for sensitive areas, soft strip wax for larger surfaces. Every esthetician is trained across the full menu.

For most areas, yes — over time. Waxing removes hair at the follicle, so regrowth is finer and slower than shaving. Shaving cuts hair flat at the surface, which creates a more visible regrowth pattern. Waxing also exfoliates the skin slightly with each session. The trade-off is more discomfort and the need to wait for growth.

Skip retinoids on the area being waxed for five to seven days before your reservation. Retinoids thin the skin's surface, and waxing on retinoid-treated skin can lift more than hair — it can lift skin. This applies to prescription retinoids and over-the-counter retinol both. Your esthetician will ask during your consultation. 

Ten to fifteen minutes — enough time to fill out any intake forms and settle in. Most waxing services run 15 to 45 minutes depending on the area. Larger services like full-body or full-leg waxes need more buffer; we'll confirm at booking.

Yes — most waxing is safe during pregnancy, including Brazilian. Skin can be more sensitive during pregnancy, so your esthetician may slow the pacing and use gentler post-wax products. Let us know during your consultation. 

Gentle exfoliation starting 48 hours after a wax — a body scrub or chemical exfoliant works. An ingrown-hair serum applied daily is the next layer. Avoid super-tight clothing the first 48 hours. Hydration matters too — well-moisturized skin sheds more evenly. We carry products that handle this end to end.
