Yes. You can load any amount, whatever suits the gift you have in mind. One thing to consider is whether you’d like to add a little more to cover gratuity.

No. The full value goes to your recipient — nothing is taken out for fees.

During select holiday seasons, when you spend $300 in gift certificates, you can get a $50 bonus which expires 90-days from purchase — yours to keep or to give. This amount may vary based on the holiday and specific promotion. This is not an ongoing offer year round.

You choose. Send it straight to your recipient, or to yourself to give in person. Digital cards are delivered by email, usually within a few minutes of your order.

Yes — at checkout, set the date you'd like it to land, so it arrives right on the morning of a birthday or holiday.

Please do. There's a space during the checkout for a note — a few words from you make the gift feel like yours.

Physical gift cards arrive within 5–7 business days via USPS (shipping from Texas). Total delivery time is approximately 8–10 business days from purchase. Expedited shipping and tracking are not available. If you'd rather not wait, you're welcome to pick one up at any milk + honey location.

Yes — your gift card is welcome at every milk + honey location. You can redeem it for services or products in location. The only exception is that we cannot redeem your gift certificate for online product purchases at this time.

Yes. Your gift card can go toward any service- no exceptions! 

Yes — your gift card works on products as well as services when redeeming in a physical location.  The only exception is that we cannot redeem your gift certificate for online product purchases at this time.

Your gift certificate can be used to cover gratuity. Gratuity is always appreciated and never expected.

In person, simply let us know at the front desk when you arrive, and we'll apply it for you. You do not need to enter the information ahead of time when you are booking your service online. 

You're welcome to put more than one gift card toward a single visit.

You can check anytime in the milk + honey App under your Account, or just ask us — we're always happy to help you look it up.

No. Your milk + honey gift card doesn't expire — use it whenever the time feels right. It is important to note that if your gift card is purchased for a specific service, you have up to one year to redeem at the original purchase price. Doing otherwise may result in an additional balance due at checkout if our menu prices increase.

We can search for your missing gift card in our system, as long as you can provide us with the name and contact information of the purchaser.
