    Arboretum is one of our largest locations in Austin and offers everything we do in one space: massage, facials, body treatments, waxing, lashes and brows, salon, nails, medSPA, and our shop for products and home care.

    Free parking is available immediately in front of the spa, in the Arboretum Market lot. Many guests find Arboretum easier to access than downtown locations if you're driving in from northwest Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, or Lakeway. Arrival details are sent with your confirmation.

    Yes. We offer couples massages and host small group experiences. The Arboretum’s expansive footprint makes it an ideal spot for bridal parties, small corporate events, and milestone celebrations. Reach out to our groups coordinator at groups@milkandhoney.com a few weeks in advance, and we'll help you plan timing, services, and — for private events — any food or non-alcoholic beverages you'd like included.

    The Arboretum medSPA offers injectables, dermal fillers, Sculptra, microneedling with or without PRF, Gold Infusion, EZGEL injections, laser treatments, and customized protocols designed to address each patient's unique skin concerns. All services are performed by experienced mid-level practitioners under the direction of our Medical Director. New medSPA guests begin with a consultation — complimentary, sometimes same-day with treatment.

    Arboretum is one of our largest locations and is best known for its expansive lounge and atrium creating the perfect environment to unwind before and after your service. This location offers the full menu of services — spa, salon, medSPA (injectables, microneedling, laser, chemical peels), nail care, and a large retail space to shop for clean products.
