Return & Refund Policy

Items purchased on milkandhoney.com may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

• To Initiate a Return: Contact us at ordersupport@milkandhoney.com within 15 days of receiving your item.
• Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
• Shipping: Please ensure your return is dropped off with USPS within the return window.
• Once the return is received at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund, which will reflect in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
  Therabody, TheraFace, and SolaWave items are not eligible for returns.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders placed on milkandhoney.com.

We ship across the United States, including PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Most orders are processed within one to two business days and arrive within five to seven.

We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $10.00 on all orders under $75.

Standard shipping is free for orders over $75.

Product subscriptions qualify for free shipping.

2-day expedited shipping is available for a $25 fee.

Tracking details are sent via email once the package ships

International shipping is not available.
