Every six to eight weeks for short or layered cuts. Every eight to twelve weeks for longer hair maintenance. Growing it out? Every twelve to sixteen weeks for trims. The ideal timing depends on your hair type, style, and maintenance goals, and your stylist will help you determine what works best for you.
