Is it normal to have sediment at the bottom of my Undaria Algae™ Body Oil?
Yes! This oil contains Undaria seaweed, so you may find naturally occurring seaweed sediment at the bottom of the bottle. It may not be visible at first, as it takes time to settle. This is normal and doesn't affect the product's quality or efficacy.

What does Undaria Algae™ Body Oil smell like?
Uplifting grapefruit, lime and cypress combined with the sweet notes of mango mandarin.

Can I use this on my face?
Undaria Algae™ Body Oil and Body Lotion have been formulated for use on the body, so we don't suggest them for the face.

What is the consistency of the Undaria Body Lotion?
A lightweight lotion that instantly absorbs and leaves a silky smooth finish.

What is the shelf life of your products?
All OSEA products have a PAO (Period After Opening, or freshness period from first use) of 12 months, with the exception of our Dream Lip Mask with Bio-Retinol, Dream Bio-Retinol Body Serum, Seabiotic® Water Cream, Undaria Algae™ Body Butter, Ocean Cleansing Mudd, and Ocean Cleanser, which have a 6-month PAO. If unopened, they last 2.5 years from the manufacturing date. To maximize shelf life, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and excess moisture.

Is it normal for product color to vary bottle to bottle?
Absolutely! There are no artificial colors in OSEA products and the Seaweed is variable in color, so there are natural variations in the color of OSEA products.
