Street Closures During the Austin Marathon 2014

In lieu of the Austin Marathon, we want to make sure you know every and all street closures. Good luck to all the runners! Sunday, February 16 Austin Marathon and Half Marathon 12:15 AM to 6:00 PM Congress Avenue Between 5th Street and 11th Street 3:00 a.m. and will reopen on 2/16 at 6:00 p.m. 10th Street, 9th Street, 8th Street Between Brazos Street and Colorado Street Will reopen on 2/16 at 6:00 p.m. Lanes on 7th Street between Brazos and Colorado will be reduced during the same period. North Congress Avenue Between 15th Street and 17th Street Will reopen on 2/16 at 3:30 p.m. 16th Street Between San Jacinto Boulevard and Colorado Street Will reopen on 2/16 at 8:00 a.m. Congress Avenue Between 4th Street and 5th Street Goes into effect at 2:00 a.m. and will re-open at 6:00 p.m. East 9th Street Between San Jacinto Boulevard and Brazos Street Goes into effect at 2:00 a.m. and will re-open at 6:00 p.m. Lanes on East 8th Street, between San Jacinto and Brazos, will also be restricted during this time. 5th Street, 6th Street, 7th Street Between Brazos Street and Colorado Street Goes into effect at 2:00 a.m. and will re-open at 6:00 p.m. Brazos Street Between East 7th Street and East 11th Street Goes into effect at 2:00 a.m. and will re-open at 6:00 p.m. West Cesar Chavez Street Between Congress Avenue and Guadalupe Street Goes into effect at 6:00 a.m. and will re-open at 8:00 a.m. San Jacinto Boulevard Between East 11th Street and East 15th Street Goes into effect at 6:30 a.m. and will re-open at 2:00 p.m. 11th Street Between San Jacinto Boulevard and Guadalupe Street Goes into effect at 6:00 a.m. and will re-open at 4:00 p.m. Congress Avenue Between 15th Street and MLK Jr. Boulevard Goes into effect at 2:00 a.m. and will re-open at 11:00 a.m. MLK Jr. Boulevard Between Red River Street and Guadalupe Street Goes into effect at 2:00 a.m. and will re-open at 11:00 a.m. Guadalupe Street Between West Cesar Chavez Street and West 11th Street Goes into effect at 6:00 a.m. and will re-open at 12:30 p.m. East 18th Street Between San Jacinto Boulevard and Colorado Street Goes into effect at 2:00 a.m. and will re-open at 11:00 a.m. East 17th Street Between San Jacinto Boulevard and Colorado Street Goes into effect at 2:00 a.m. and will re-open at 4:00 p.m. 15th Street Between Trinity Street and Lavaca Street Goes into effect at 2:00 a.m. and will re-open at 12:30 p.m.
