Micellar Water and Celery Seed Extract remove excess oil and hydrate for a soothed, balanced scalp that feels ahhh-mazing. Here’s a bonus: it can be used as a body scrub too.
Directions
Apply to wet hair and, use your fingertips in circular motions to massage your scalp and roots of your hair. Rinse and follow with SCALP.SPA WASH. For optimal results, follow with the WASH, RINSE or MASQUE of your choice, style as desired.
