How to Use

1. Prepare:

After showering, keep skin damp.

The Body Plane works best when skin is wet, warm, and primed with body oil. It can be used in the shower or bath or just afterwards if the body is not towel dried.

2. Apply Oil:

Massage a small amount onto the skin.

Working from the toes up and one limb at a time, apply a single pump of your favorite Body Oil, lightly spread the oil across the skin.

3. Exfoliate:

Hold the Body Plane at a 45° angle and glide over skin.

Use long, gentle strokes with the Body Plane working the energy up towards the heart.

4. Cleanse:

Wipe the tool between strokes to remove excess dirt and oil from the Body Plane.

5. Repeat:

Continue for each body area as desired.

It is recommended to use stronger pressure and longer strokes on the arms and legs and shorter, gentler strokes on the chest, torso, and neck.
