Directions

Start by applying 4-5 sprays on your torso, legs, or the bottoms of your feet. Gently massage into the skin.

1 spray = 30mg.

Recommended dose: 350 - 360 mg/day for pregnant folks aged 19 and older. 310 - 320 mg/day if you are not pregnant.

If you experience a tingling sensation after spraying, it often indicates that your body has low levels of magnesium. This tingling or itching typically diminishes with continued use of Magnesium Oil. To alleviate this sensation, consider applying the Mother Mother Oil or any moisturizer after spraying. Additionally, you can rinse off the Magnesium after rubbing it in.
